Hellloooo and good morning beautiful people!
Let’s start with saying: I love this workout so much. It’s not too intense, still gives you a good burn & stretches your body with loooong movements.
Perfect for mornings, to kickstart your day and get a nice feeling overall ♥︎

No Equipment necessary, no breaks (you’re used to it by now I guess) and not much space needed 🙂 If you need a break tho – take it! Just don’t quit!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

    So i saw this Video and i’ve already just did it, i was very tired today but I knew i have to workout. It wasn’t that difficult but I wasn’t good at some exercises. anyway I feel better now. Only my Arms hurt a Little Bit?
    I’m gonna do this for 30Days before Alexis 10Min Abs‘ Workout.

  5. A leg video please,including strecthing. Focus on slimming legs as yours. We all afraid of trying to get booty but have bulky thick legs 🙁

  9. Please can you do a standing only workout? I only have a small space in my room and for some reason my back and neck hurt whenever I do floor exercises. Thank you and much love!

  13. Didn't find enough time and motivation recently to do any workouts. I thought a little good morning workout was the perfect one to start my routine again. Was very depressing to see how hard it was compared to how fit I was a few months ago. It was a really good workout though. Thank you for helping me find motivation again and finally get back on track with my routine. Hope this time I won't fail
