  1. This was a killer workout with a lot of burnout. I have been doing PS fitness for a long time now, and it's rare to find a workout that I can't do all the reps, or have to modify. This one I had to take short breaks and modify at some points. I'll have to work up to this one.

  2. More please! I am recovering from sesmoiditis and need to modify all my exercises now to avoid putting pressure on the ball of my foot. This floor workout was perfect-thank you!

  3. Brandon is freakin awesome! I can't believe I hadn't found this video sooner! He's doing some really hard moves, but being so light-hearted and fun about it all. Love it. And my arms are jello too…!

  4. This short workout is incredibly effective and gives me a boost of confidence and joy every time. I’m healing from some chronic health conditions and this gives me tools to build the core strength I need for healing. What a gem!!!

  5. This looks like it would be additional back strengthening! It's like three in one! And only in 10 mins? I will probably die with the intensity but I will die happy!

    It is really inspiring that the instructor even does the modified version in between but is still pushing it! As long as you don't give up, you can do it!
