  1. hi there..I just working a month back for reducing my lower abs..but after attempting some exercises, I have sore quadriceps muscles.. am I doing something wrong???

  2. I started this a month and a half ago and do actually see results now. Two or three days of this in a row followed by a rest day.

    At first I could only do half the video, then the whole thing but with a break in the middle. Now it's almost too easy. Gonna move on from your video soon for a new challenge, but I am truly grateful for it.

  3. Using this abs guide “suza great plan” (Google it) helped me acquire 6 pack abs. Acquiring 6-pack abs is a lot easier if you are physically fit and you make use of some of the guide’s special methods. That will provide you nice look and from that look you may get some self confidence. Apart from this there is no relation between six-pack abs and your over-all physical and mental well-being.

  4. Just like every workout for lower abs that everyone says to do, I only feel these in my upper abs… it's beginning to make me feel useless and lied to.

    And those flutterkicks hurt my legs to the point that they tense up after a matter of seconds, and I feel nothing in my abs at all.

  5. Is your lower back suppose to touch the floor while doing most of this excersises? My back just do it by itself and if I make it touch the floor it hurts my lower back 😂😭

  6. When we were on the last 5 seconds, I was like the world is over 5,4,3,2….. And 1! And then the melodious "aaaaaa". And here I am sweating and panting and Kelsey is like still able to stand up and speak.

  7. i've been doing this workout everyday for the past week, and plan on continuing it as a daily workout for the next several months. i'll update every now and then to let you know my progression! for the past three years i have been extremely insecure about my stomach, and dread being in a swimsuit. although i am 5'1'' (158 cm) and 105 pounds (47.6 kg), i still have fat (mostly on my thighs and lower stomach) which i hate. my problem isn't a lack of muscle, but rather that i have a layer of fat over what used to be abs. anyway, i am very hopeful about this workout, and that i will be able to wear a bikini with confidence by summer! good luck to everyone and i wish you all happiness found within yourself 🙂
    *i am 15 years old and will not be on any diet, but will try to watch what i eat best as i can

  8. This actually does work I got my sister doing it and I helped her out now she's posting thirst trap posts on ig lol. Just be consistent with it ladies! And do eat healthy my sister is a vegan so it's no problem for her now.

  9. Okay but if any of you can't do these exercises properly on the first day (like me), DO NOT GIVE UP! I could barely do half of these properly, but just in one day it started getting better so do not give up!!! ❤
