  2. would it strain my muscles/joints to add jumps and dance to this workout to intensify it? if it does add extra stress to joints and muscles, i'll just do a actual cardio workout instead. i just have a habit of doing too much cardio and not enough strength.

  7. That was an amazing workout. So many women focus on biceps and shoulders mainly and neglect their triceps. Your triceps are the biggest muscle group in your arms, listen to Anna and work them out! Get those sexy arms, ladies. You deserve them!

  8. This workout was just what I was looking for! I finished an abs and legs sequences from PopSugar earlier this morning and wanted to work my arms too. The pushups at the end We're especially hard for me. I only completed the full set of pushups the first time. My arms weren't feeling up to more pushups after that! Thanks, Anna!

  9. Excellent set of weights!>>>ur2.pl/1182 I start with these for motivation, then I get on my BOWFLEX M3 MAX TRAINER! I can do cardio and strength in the same workout! I do a set of reps for three different muscles, then after I do a set for each of those muscles, I FEEL ENERGIZED TO HOP ON MY ELLIPTICAL (the M3) FOR 20 MINUTES, then I get off and do 2 more sets for those three different muscle groups, and I'm done!! Excellent equipment, just gotta keep doing it at least 5 times a week!
