  1. Hi everyone! I've been alternating this workout with another circuit training list, and I found that if you start eating better first, just small changes, it's going to give you more power and energy to make it through that first time you go through it. The first time I did this, I felt like I was going to throw up. BUT, after changing my diet, I can make it through the whole video pretty easily!

  4. I live on the second floor of an apartment complex so jumping wouldve shook the floor and the ceiling of the guy below me, but even without jumping it was a pretty good workout 🙂

  5. For anyone trying to see if this works it does! All my life I've been eating what I wanted and no exercise (I've never done exercise in my life before) I got sick and I ended up w a nutritionist and we started a diet plan I am already at a good weight and I can't loose anymore weight at this point but I'm loose due to lack of exercise. My nutritionist praised me since I've been following this 15 minute work out routine for 2 weeks and eating very well. I am getting really tight legs, so tight that in just 2 weeks they are 5cm bigger, and my stomach (which i never had a flat stomach in my entire life) is getting noticeably flatter. I'm so happy with the results.

  9. Is this ok for someone who is around 230lbs and hasn’t exercises for ages?
    I really need to lose a huge amount of weight. I just don’t want to cripple myself in the process 😂

  10. Loved this workout! Easy enough so that I could actually follow along till the end but still intense enough to have me sweating. It's also gentle on the knees which is good for me because I have an injured knee and a lot of workouts make it hurt really bad.

  12. So I was lowkey looking for workout videos and someone suggested PopSugar Fitness and BOOM What do I find… I found this! This workout was killing me! This is waaaaay harder than any other workout I have been doing last week. I'm 100kgs atm, so I'm hoping to drop down back to 84kgs or 80. But thank you so much for this workout!   14. Am I the only one who loves to walk than exercises?😏my body will tell me noooo just walk. What can I do to have all the motivation? Only zumba much better

  16. Wow guys, I have a type of Muscular Dystrophy called Myotonic Dystrophy Type 2 and although I'm not large, I am carrying more weight than I should be and I am unfit in general. Workouts are hard for me due to my condition and I burn for days afterwards (compared to perhaps 24 hours for ppl without this condition).. I decided I need to start working on my fitness as my muscles decline (and will continue to) and your video is the first I have watched and then completed. I just came here to say it was amazing! 15 minutes is something I can handle and although I had to do the modified version of all the steps (extremely modified when it came to the blank and pushups), I felt that it was definitely achievable. Thank you so much!

  18. Today I was heading down to the gym for my usual Wednesday workout, but due to the fact that it is Easter holidays, my gym was closed. A someone who lives in a university dorm, I wanted to find something that would really get my workout going but that didn't require too much space. This video was absolutely perfect for that. I will for sure be recommending it to all my friends.

  20. Been doing this for at least 3-4 times a week for the past few weeks and results are already coming in! This is such a great way to start my workout journey. Not sure why I had it in my mind that if I wasn't going to the gym at 6am every day that I wasn't really working out.

  21. Okey so I do this 5 days a week and I feel so much healthier

    I do: in the day ( 15 minutes & the harder version)
    In the evening (I do everything until 7:24 & the hard version too)

  22. Okay, so- I'm a super beginner and know nothing about applying my knowledge of exercise to actual practice. Can someone tell me if I'm meant to stretch before doing this? And what stretches I should do? Also, should I do this everyday?

I am so new to workouts, for long I was just fit and I knew my body, but then suddenly I lost control and I wanted somehow to eat everything I hadn't for a long time, and I started to gain some weight, I am like 7 kilos overweight and I just cannot find the motivation to stay in a workout routine, But I started with you and I did not give up, I kept on and I completed the whole workout and planning to do so, it is so good that you also say Oh, I feel the heat , or my body is sore or my legs are shaking, because it made me understand that even a strong person as you goes through it and truly no pain no gain. please give this kind of motivation more! Made me feel we are in this together and I like that , lots of love and thnx
