  1. The focus on booty is a great idea, but it is only 15 minutes, not long enough. A second trainer should give easier versions and make it look like a real gym class. Overall I like it, I am going to use it. I love the production POPSUGAR IS ALWAYS THE BEST!!!

  2. Ladies, the only way to get a lifted butt, and tight legs, hamstrings, and glutes – aside from strengthening and toning everything else – is to lift progressively heavy weight. Maybe you’ll get some cardio out of this, but that’s it. Ask any real trainer. I used to work out like this with literally no results. Then I worked with a personal trainer for 5 months and what a transformation! Lifting heavy not only burns a ton of calories and boots metabolism, but it gives you the muscle tone – without bulking up – we all want. I’ve been at it for 9 months now, only lifting due to knee problems so little cardio, and I’ve lost 60lbs with 30lbs to go. Nothing against these videos but if you’re really looking to lose weight and/or tone up, this is a total waste of time. Don’t be scared of heavy weights! Get a trainer, or watch YouTube videos, make a safe and smart plan for yourself and hit the weights ladies!

  5. This was great ! I loved it ! For those who want more intensity, use ankle weights the whole workout + dumbbells for the standing exercises.
    15mn was perfect for me as I did a 30mn full body workout just before but just like Anna suggested you can do the whole workout twice or thrice.
    Anyways, I did love it and it was exactly what I was looking for ! Thank you Anna Victoria, I'll definitely be looking for more of your workouts !
