30 Day Ab Challenge Starts Jan 1. You in?

With the new year coming up, I know a lot of you are looking to change up your workout routines. So, starting Jan. 1st, I want you guys to do the 100 Ab Challenge with me!! We’ll be doing 100 reps of a different ab exercise every day for 30 days! And it’s all happening here on my YouTube channel – that’s one new video EVERY DAY for 30 days! 30 videos!?? OMG. I’ve never done such a thing!

Is there anyone in particular that you want me to collab with? Comment!!!


– Take a before pic on Jan. 1 and an after pic on Jan. 30, once you’ve finished the challenge. At the end, I’ll feature some of your transformations!

– Do 100 reps of the ab exercise of the day, on that day! Whether it’s 100 reps in 1 round or 10 reps for 10 rounds, doesn’t matter. Just get through it!!!

– Use the hashtag #100abchallenge if you decide to post! This will help encourage other POPsters!

– Invite your friends and co workers to do this with you!

– Remember to eat healthy and whole ( you can try the 28 Day Reset on piit28.com ) to make sure your ab muscles will really show through

-Drink lots of water too! Stay hydrated! Plus it keeps you from being bloated.

  1. so excited for this year! starting it with this challenge everyday and going for long walks twice a week, dance class and ice skating once a week and joining a pilates class. time to get strong as in 2018 i was diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome but i won’t let it stop me from keeping healthy 🙂

  5. I’ll do it but I’m pretty sure I will onLY last until the first side plank video side planks are my weakness I hate them so much 😭

  6. I'm going to be keeping track of my progress here to keep myself motivated! drop a like if you want me to continue!
    I am also doing daily cardio workouts and weight lifting a few times a week.

    *day 1*: this one was pretty easy in my opinion, honestly my neck is more sore than my abs. I'm looking forward to tomorrow!
