  1. Started strong and then gave up just because I get frustrated when I can’t keep up with the steps. I’ll stay with my cardio, strength training, yoga and barre. I always try a dance workout and I end up angry because I get frustrated with myself because I am an uncoordinated mess. But hey, at least I tried. That said, can we have more strength training workouts that are longer than 30 minutes, please?

I appreciate all the free workouts, but lately there were so many dance workouts… I know lots of people love them, but please bring back some variety (Barre, Pilates, Kickboxing, HIIT) with our favorite trainers like Kit Rich, Marnie Alton, Lisa Corsello, Jeanette Jenkins, Christa DiPaolo and Raneir Pollard!
