  3. Love this workout! I like that it was fast paced and that you explained how to do each move properly plus modifications. Definitely very challenging!  

  4. To many things to do in plank. I know that's super good for you to do, but my elbows & wrist hurt when I do it. Any advice? I love these kinda workouts, but this pain feels like it's defeating me. 🙁

  5. Not my favorite. The first 30 minutes were too easy and the last 10 were ridiculously way too hard. Frustrating way to end a workout. I'd prefer a bit more balance throughout.

  6. Wouldn't recommend doing this one. Exercise after exercise that puts a lot of pressure on the wrists. I wanted to follow each exercise but ended up skipping almost a half of them simply because my wrists can't handle the intensity. It's a shame because most POPSUGAR Fitness work outs are great and very enjoyable, this one however wasn't well balanced.

  7. If you can handle alot of plank position moves, this workout is worth it! I didn't even realize how much of a leg workout it was until the next day. I've been doing a ton of popsugar videos and this is one of the most challenging and now one of my favs!

  8. I"ve done alot of the popsugar videos.. and I think this is my absolute favorite!! i'm an intermediate to high fitness level and this was a great routine. Hit ALL the muscles! LOVE IT! keep them coming PopSugar!!

  9. I loved this. I love working out especially with popsugar.( I wont use anybody else). I really like these 40 minute workouts. I had been doubling your taylor swift workout and 200 calories in 20 minutes. But these 40 minutes are amazing

  10. I enjoyed what I could do of this one but there is just way too much wrist strength necessary to power through. Pushup position exercises for such a huge portion of the workout really started to strain my wrists.
