  1. This is awesome! Very manageable, too. I'm a weakling, and only needed minimal modification.
    Update: this really does help tone the butt. Mine feels firmer and shapelier after doing this workout almost daily in addition to bodyweight exercises or the Strong by Zumba video on this channel.

  2. All I can say is that this work out is awesome! I went to gym for 5 months and I didn't get the same good results as I am getting now just doing these online. Guess it's because in gym there's always pressure for getting more and more weight and I felt like I was getting bigger and heavier.

    Now I'm doing this one, the 4 minute arm toning and the 5 minute flat belly one about 3 times a week. Occasionally I do the 10 min cardio jump as well.

    It's been amazing! And I don't need to leave my house. Thank you Anna and POPSugar!
