  2. Could you offer an alternate to the last one. Yoga students will find that it has no effect whatsoever. Same with the leg extend deadlift thing. Thank you. Love your vids.

  3. I have been using weight loss gren store tea for about 30 day, and so far i lost 5.5 pounds, but more than pounds i lost inches around my abdomen and waist. I did no notice any big changes on my energy level, but i must said that i like the way my clothes fit now.

  4. I can't do the plie squats and jumps because I have knee problems ): getting surgery soon, though 🙂 Do you guys ever think of doing a video for people like me who cant go to hard on the knees? I still love all your videos, but sometimes it's hard to keep up with exercises that are tough on the knees ^^
