  1. I love the positivity and the work out, I would love to see the positives on a write-up that can be shared without the work out for those who might have issues with over exercise or something of that nature.

  2. can I request a video? I really have a hard time doing sit up type exercises but you do end up doing a lot of those but I need to work my stomach fat!! is there any way possible you could do a sit up "free" ab or core and oblique workout?? if so that would be so amazing, if not.. I will try my hardest to challenge myself and get better at it. thank you for everything in advance Cassey!!

  3. I’m very disappointed cassey, I was looking forward to a good burn but the aftermath of this workout is:I’m hungry,my back HURTS, my hip flexors hurt, and my neck hurts. Thanks a lot cassey.

  4. Thank you Cassey for a wonderful workout, and for the tips. I never get tired of your videos. Yes, I'd love to continue going exercise while we listen to tips & stories that can inspire us! Thanks again!

  5. I love the tips in the video.. but I feel that it is a little too difficult for the beginners calendar. I could barely do the moves and was a little discouraged.

  6. Sorry if this is a silly question, but I’m new here and trying to work my way through the beginners calendar. Anyway, I was wondering if we are supposed to be stretching before and after these workouts? And if so, is there a video I can follow? I feel like I’m not very flexible. Thanks!

  7. Really needed this video today. Perfect timing. Trying to start working out again….and I need to be ok knowing that I'm starting on the beginners calendar again, rather than jumping into your normal calendars. I know that if I would've tried that I would've failed. This wednesday it will be a week of working out (minus the rest day, although I still did the 100 squat challenge, and my set of weights I do every other day). This video also gave me motivation to start searching for a full time job and start my application proceses for grad schools, as well as having two part time jobs, and a choir I'm in. So ready for this to be my new beginning!! Thank you Cassey! Hope your wedding weekend was fantastic!

  8. I'm doing this workout from the beginner's calendar and… It was really hard, too hard for me! Especially the sit ups that i'm not able to do yet. So I had to adapt to a way i think was right. I will keep up with the next exercises!!

  9. I have been watching all your videos on the exercise and my question is for a person who cannot be able to lift her body from down, example lifting your chest from down when lying to your knees, or even lifting both legs towards the chest. what are the simplest exercise to start with

  10. Thank you Cassey for helping me (a lot) becoming stronger and closer to the better version of myself. You are so beautiful. I love you <3

  11. I have to modify this video a lot, but I won't give up! I used to put myself down for doing the modified positions, but I just have to remind myself that I am still strengthening my abs. We can do it!

  12. This is really too hard for me. Maybe because I did the other video first and now my abs are just " no girl you gotta go to bed" haha. It is ok to fail. I don´t really wanted to push through this one, because I know that I don´t get anything from this but back pain because I don´t have enought strenght yet. But that´s alright. I am doing the best I can. I will finish my workout today with a yoga session and then I will take a shower, have some porridge for breakfast, and then I will do some studies before uni!

  13. The "5 ways to" series is too hard for beginners in my opinion. Just like the legs one I had to take several breaks and I wasn't even fully doing the moves all the way. I ended up collapsing onto the floor drenched in sweat lol. No other videos in the beginners calendar do this to me.

  14. Ok this was a killer but HOW ON EARTH do you manage to talk during this?! You're amazing, your strength is unbelievable 👏🏼 and thanks for motivating and reminding us the important things

  15. Cassey, can you do a core workout that kills the core but takes it easy on the legs… I really want to slim down my core but POP Pilates always bulk up my thighs with muscle.

  16. My core is way to soft for this still, so I can't lift my body up in boat possition and had to modify it to normal crunches+the respective leg part, I also have a hard time keeping my legs straight, but I know if I stick to it, I will be able to do it someday.

  17. oh my GOD Cassey!! HOW were you able to talk through all this?! Girl, I couldn't focus on anything you said, but I was always just admiring how you were able to pull through and DO all of this without stopping! YOU re my inSpIraTIon…💖💖😍

  18. Is this the one on the beginner calendar? (it's a bit confusing because it says "five ways to build core" but there are two videos that come up when you search that, neither exactly titled "five ways to build core")

  19. I couldn’t do 2, 3, or 5 🙁 I have 0 core strength so Idk why this video is a part of the beginner month. Next time I’ll improvise with something easier like regular crunches or crunches with table top legs. I tried doing those moves but was worried I’d hurt myself so I gave up and just rested :/ I’m disappointed but I love Cassey anyway. Maybe she can change this video out for easier moves for beginners.

  20. This video should not be in the begginers calendar. I had nothing from this because I was not able to do 4 from these 5 moves. I am really dissapointed.

  21. Hey Cassey! I know today is Abs Day but for the BEGINNERS Calendar, two Ab workouts in one day is extremely hard! Couldnt do half of it cause my abs were so sore from the first video…

  22. I can never seem to do ab and core workouts without putting hella strain on my neck 🙁 no matter how hard I try to relax my neck and let my muscles do the work, my neck still seems to take all of it and I actually have to take more breaks. Iv been doing fitness for years and always had this problem, please help :')

  23. I could barely do half of these moves and just cannot keep my legs straight because I'm stiff as a rake, but damn, I was proud when I managed to do one single leg sit up on each side. I think I'm gonna do this video again at the end of the beginners' calendar to see how far I've come. I don't expect to be able to do the whole thing, but seeing progress will be nice.
