  1. Tried for my first time and ended up collapsing mid way through the burpees 🙁 how often should I do this workout (Im 15, very tall and have decent arms and legs yet a tad of belly fat) just started working out doing simple exercises and workouts…

  2. Hello! Loved your video and specially your energy! Congrats! It motivates us to really do the exercises with you! But I have two doubts… 1- Can we do this 7 minute workout everyday? Or If we want to exercise everyday should we merge with other routines in order to let the muscles "rest" for one or two days so we can tone the muscles better? And question 2- Isn't and interval required between each exercise? I've seen this in other videos. If you're an athlete maybe it's ok, but specially if you were sedentary like me before starting this workout isn't the interval required? Thanks a lot in advance and congrats again, I really loved this video!

  4. Rebecca, this 7 minute cardio work out is just what I needed-something short but hits the spot. I also love your 9 exercises to a flat tummy. I have been doing these along with Kelsey's thigh exercise and stretch routines and eating healthy I have lost about 7-to 8 pounds in the last three weeks since I have been introduced to Xhit. Thank you so much. Ladies, these exercise routines work and we don't have to leave our home. I only wish I had taken a photo to show a flabby tummy and thigh before and after pic. My goal is to have a toned body by August 27, 2016. BTW Rebecca, you are funny.

  5. I've been doing this routine for ages now and other routines too but sometimes still feel out of breath even when not exercising. I'm quite slim, so i'm a bit perplexed as to why??

  6. is it bad that I feel rlly fat and I'm only in middle school… people tell me I'm not fat and I know I'm not that fat, but I feel like no matter how hard I work out I just don't feel skinny… I have worked out so much I have lost about 10 lbs in less than a month and I was only about 90lbs to began with.

  7. How much would one actually burn during a workout like this? I'm 5.7 foot tall and weigh around 110 pounds. Before telling me that I shouldn't exercise at all: I'm asian so my posture is very tiny and I'd love to build more muscles and get a better condition in general ^^

  8. I used to do a 40 min cardio workout everyday but I literally couldn’t do it so I’m starting this one,it’s nice and short and hopefully I can make I through twice a day
