This calorie-torching cardio and sculpting workout is one of our hardest ever, but Equinox Tabata instructor Raneir Pollard’s amazing energy will inspire you to fight for it. Tabata is a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that alternates between 20 seconds of intense bursts of work and 10 seconds of rest in four-minute rounds. You don’t need any equipment for the workout, but do grab a towel and a bottle of water — you’re going to need both. Then press play and get ready to sweat, tone, and burn!

  2. Sweat was running down my face into my eyes and down my shirt… best workout ever.. don't watch him first.. get up and do it with him.. I didn't think I could.. but i did…. hiit exercises are extremely helpful.. it works.. I lost weight from doing it the first day.. this is the second day I've done it.. it's amazing… I've never sweated this much from a workout

  3. This has nothing to do with tabata concept idea! You should be working 20 seconds with at least 90% of your maximum capasity. This waterdown thing they call "tabata" has nothing to do with it! 30min tabata hahaha PLEASE! 5 min of Tabata should be over the top for an average person who worksout. Anything over that and you are like one in a million of super fit people. Now continue watching this you lazyass ^^

There's no modification for the jumping jacks you need to modify by putting your right foot out to the right and then putting your left foot out to the left while moving your arms in a jumping jack style almost like a squat some people can do those jumping jacks like that there's no modification here where's the modification for the jumping jacks
