Avengers: Infinity War Writers Reveal Deleted Captain America Scene That Went Too Far – IGN Now

Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely have revealed that there was one deleted scene in Avengers: Infinity War that went too far… and it involved bloody mashed potatoes.

  1. How would it work if thanos killed the past avengers LUL wouldn’t that erase them or would it be a way of doing multiple timelines ? Be a cool scene though

  2. I thought Cap was gonna say like "yeah thats not my blood" or something else lol Thats not going too far or offensive, thats just unnecessary lol

  3. Would've been a cool scene, TBH. I love the MCU and I understand why all their films are rated 12 (in the UK), but I do wonder if they'd be better if some of them were 15 or 18.

  4. That's considered too far? That doesnt even sound particuarly disgusting. It sounds like he just wants to sit down and enjoy some delicious mash potatoes. And some blood just happened to get in there. It's his blood, what's the problem. It sounds like a scene they would show the characters talking about it, but not actually show the mashed potatoes.

  5. If you two want to have a private time together this badly, then maybe get a room? Two men spending some time alone in a hotel room is not frowned upon by the masses in this day and age.

Give us easily digestible and clear news. There is no need for all this sexual tension, it is just awkward for everyone involved. Well, mainly us viewers.

  6. talking about "going too far" for a slated PG-13 movie that would deem it as R-rated? losing money just for better scenes/wider audience scope would indeed be going too far….

  7. Please don't use these two guys for your videos. Just hard to watch and listen to… Especially the guy on the right.
And this is saying it in a very nice way.

  8. Going too far? It occurred to me recently that Captain America, at the end of Endgame, KNOWINGLY murdered the family of his ww2 object of affection Peggy Carter. By getting with her in the past he prevented her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren from ever being born. 🤔👉😵💥

  9. I think they were right about the stuff they had that shouldn’t go in the movie, but I disagree about Hulk. The completion of his arch shouldn’t have happened offscreen
