  1. I love when you post the specific moves in the beginning so I know what the workout will entail without having to watch the whole thing first. Definitely include that all the time if you can!

  2. It seems like in every one of her videos where she's having some difficulty and needs to slow down (rightfully so), it's because [insert muscle group] was worked out the day before. We're all sweatin' – no need to feel embarrassed or need to give us an excuse for slowing down/modifying. If anything, we relate more.
