  1. Does this move hurt anyone else's hips? I had to move from my yoga mat to my pilates mat and it still hurt more than the muscles I was working. :/ Otherwise I think the move is fun.

  4. I don't know how you stay looking so freaking gorgeous during these! My face is red & I am so sweaty!!! This move & the rainbow butt are my especially ugly moves, haha. But I do them anyways because they really make me feel the burn!! Can't wait to start seeing results!

  5. This really hurts my hip because it digs into the floor as i turn to lift my legs, I've tried putting things underneath me like a rolled towel to try and cushion it but nothing helps. What should I do?

    EDIT: The only thing that would give me relief was an actual pillow (one the pillows on my bed) because it was just full enough to keep me from the hard floor

  6. This wasn't as impossible as I thought! Also, a tip: if you have issues with your hip flexors like me, make sure to double up your map to protect your hips!

  7. On my left side, I'm fine but on my right side, I really feel it on the side of my thigh when I lift up and come back down. It's like I'm rolling on it that causes it to hurt. Any tips because I don't do this on the other side?

  9. I love working my legs! It is so hard for me doing abs because I’ve had two kids and my stomach never really healed it always triangles out little which is weird!
