  1. It depends on a combination of how intensely you perform this workout and how frequent and long your break periods are. If you push yourself to the point of uncomfortable, but not painful, and limit the lengths of your breaks to around 30-45 seconds you should be able to burn around 150 calories. Hope that helps 🙂
