  1. I love these videos!! But I feel like Cassey might not make another 30 day challenge series because these aren't getting as many views as the 30 ab challenge. I think that might have something to do with the ab videos coming out at the beginning of the year vs August and that those videos were on average 6/7 minutes. For a lot of these glute videos, there is a lot of talking beforehand, which of course is nice and interesting, but when people see a 10/11 minute long video, it might turn them away

  2. I had to skip yesterday trying to recover from day 19. Did 20 and 21 this morning and wow, can we say feel the burn lol? I love the way my booty has transformed since day 1. I'll still do these everyday after the challenge is over. Thank you Cassie!

  3. I was having great results but had to stop at day 7 bc my left Glute/Hip/Oblique/Hamstring muscles were super tight until yesterday a instructor released them. I’m sore but I feel my muscles loose and I have better mobility.

    Ready to restart!!! 😊😘

  4. I usually look at the length of the video to determine how hard the move is… but this one was a trickster! My leg started going to a 45 degree angle by the end

  5. This was way harder to do backwards for me. I had to do 25 backwards on one side, 25 on the other, and then repeat that to complete it. Also couldn’t follow with the video today- I found it too distracting for some reason. I’m glad I was able to get it done somehow!

  6. 20 days & 21st day both are make my leg shake booty sore. I get cramps in my left leg almost to finish.Thanks for the workout. we have 12 days more. I in it to the end. blessings to everyone.

  7. OMG I’M DEAD!! I feel like I’m the only one who thought this one was super hard. I tried to keep up with them but I was AT BEST 10 reps behind, and I thought that by splitting each 100 into the 50 in each direction would help, but boy was I wrong!! 😂 I don’t know how I made it through but I straight up started crying when I was done with this exercise!

  8. I have to say this glute challenge and doing glutes everyday has really changed my butt thighs and hips. I wasn’t sure after baby #4 I’d get my body back but I’m almost back to pre. Baby body thanks to these. Next month I’m doing the ab and glute challenges again and doing them simultaneously 👏🏻👍🏻👏🏻

  9. I was actually dreading this but i feel like every other video you do leg circles in we're probably doing closer to 200 per side XD so by comparison this was cake. or maybe my glutes are just getting stronger through this challenge!
