Since Taylor Swift did the 100 Ab Challenge, I had to invite my biggest Swiftie friend, Meredith Foster to do the 100 Glute Challenge!

Our Day 23 move is one of the hardest… rainbow butt!! Feel free to do the modification at any time if you get tired.

  1. This is so painful! My legs are so sore from working out yesterday too! It was my leg day yesterday so doing this was super duper intense! But it's DAY 23! I've been following this from Day 1 and it's been one HECK OF A RIDE!

    🔹️Joana Ceddia- the one and only, queen of commentary
    🔹️Liza Koshy – she gon' get those booty jokes out there and it's just gonna be fun
    🔹️Anna McNulty – I know she is young, like really young, but she has a great flexibility and her fans will be surprised to see her doing this.
    🔹️Alivia d'Andrea – I kinda see her like a younger version of you. She would benefit soo much from doing this with you. Plus she probably has a vocabulary of motivational quotes in her head, so she'll make it easier to push through.

  3. Ahhh I'm in pain! My shoulders. My wrists. My butt. My legs. My arms. My heart's beating fast. I am breathing hard. I had to go on my knees, no shame for doing the modification move!! I will most likely make it up by doing the "Rainbow Butt Song Challenge" video twice tomorrow.

  6. This one sucked and I couldn’t tell if one count was over and back over or only over once. I did 50 each side counting one as over and back which equaled 100 each side. That was more than enough!

  7. I'd say a 6 pain level….That's cuz I did the #SummerSculptChallenge and got my glutes, thighs, arms, abs, waist, etc. SO fit! I've never felt stronger in my life! And what #CasseyHo said is SO TRUE, she once said, USE YOUR GLUTES TO WORK YOUR GLUTES, or USE YOUR LOWER BODY TO WORK YOUR GLUTES….U get the idea! And boy was she right! I've NEVER had a booty like this! And thx to u and my favorite hair guru and just all around sexy, AHmazing, super talented, hair EXPERT ARTIST @GuyTang, I now know how to twerk! YAS!!!! Thx y'all!   8. Ok, #CasseyHo, I've heard u say u hv done this 2, I don't know wth I did wrong, but I really INJURED MY KNEES! It was just my bad right one (used to run track, and was ALWAYS the last one in the relay cuz I was smokin fast!) that I injured years ago, and it just started hurting abt 10 days into the #100GluteChallenge! Now, they BOTH HURT! What do I do???? Please advise any and all exercises or stretches or braces, wraps, whatever, I need SOMETHING to make my knee not hurt and don't want meds, I mean how do I get it to heal quickly and how can I cont. working out….Cassey PLEASE HELP!!!
