There’s only a few days left of the 100 Glute Challenge and I want you guys to really give it 110%!! You can modify or break this video up however you like but don’t give up!

Our Day 24 move will make you wanna get up and dance later because we’re doing it with my friend & choreographer to the stars (like JLo & BLACKPINK) Kyle Hanagami! We’re doing 100 kneeling attitude lines on each side, and your side booty is gonna burn so good!!

  3. I don't feel my butt stronger. And I'm doing these workouts but not all of them and not in the same order as you recommend. I guess that's the reason why I don't really feel or see results. I'm the one to blame and you're genius

  4. This exercise is one of my favorites, I really love the burn 😉 Normally I don't exercise except from walking my dog 😊 so I hope that this challenge can help me to start to workout more.

  5. Kyle was great! This one definitely works more than just your butt. Intense but manageable compared to other moves. I love your outfit, Cassey, it looks so good on you! It actually reminds me of a cool, badass super-heroine suit. (listened to some of Taylor's new album songs and wow, so far it's bops after bops, i've enjoyed them so much)
