  1. I love Natalie's energy haha. Well, I don't know what else to say except that my booty and mmh lower body are burning, but that's obvious! Glad it was a short, easy one.

    DAY 25: DONE!

  2. My hand was hovering over the like button like…. “do I really want to like this? I really didn’t enjoy it…. nah I’ll like it anyway!” So I did but just so you know…. IM DED 😵

  3. Love these challenges !!! I have a question on one of your recent videos, how do you get mainstream songs licensed to be used in your youtube videos? For example senorita by camila cabello. Your reply will be greatly appreciated !

  4. I don't have a bag of potato chips, but I do have my coffee and I'm sitting on my butt watching this video. LOL But I'm only preparing for when I actually do them later. <3 You guys are amazing! Good job!

  5. Cassey, why do you keep wearing tops that show your midriff if you're going to be always pulling it down to cover your midriff? You didn't do it a lot this time, but I've watched you doing it through your other videos. I don't care that I'm seeing your belly, but if you're that uncomfortable that you want to keep pulling your shirt down, why not wear a longer shirt? Unless it's not that you're uncomfortable about it, and that it's just a habitual action.

  6. Did a warm up, this workout, followed with 100 calf raises. Tried to walk down the steps to get breakfast. Currently writing this from the 4th step because my legs are wobbling. 😂😂

  7. Yay made it through! I was sooo relieved that this challenge didn’t equate to 200 squats and leg lifts. Only five more days left!!! So proud of us.

  8. I didn't need a break woohoo. I didn't stop when they did, I kept going. I was a bit slower but I made sure I do the entire 100 even if I had to finish a tiny bit later than they did.

  9. I thought we were doing 100 on each leg 🤦🏽‍♀️ I got to 30 and then i realised 😫I also forgot how to do squats I’ve been on holiday the past 2 weeks 😣 and that was my first proper long break from excersize in 2 years and ngl I’m finding it so hard to get back into it…

  10. I don’t know why I decided implementing some dumbells would be fun for swinging back the arms, but I did it, and I am POOPED! I don’t regret it necessarily, but it sure added a lot! I did a plank workout before this so my arms are having it today! Hehe 5 more days!! I think I’m definitely going to keep going with this when I’m done with all 30 though! It’s been a fun challenge!

  11. OMG! Cassey, I'm so used to you doing 100 on one side and 100 on the other that I ended up doing 200! And it was not near as hard as I thought it was! I LOVE that you mixed cardio into these! MORE CARDIO PLZ!!!! I have all this muscle, but I also have some fat, and it seems like only I can see the difference unless they're wearing X-ray vision glasses or something! I LOVED #Day25 of the #100GluteChallenge!!! And seriously, if you're not a beginner and esp. if you did the #SummerSculptChallenge, do 100 on each side! It's really not hard! Thx Cassey so much for your incredible workouts and your super positive attitude! Positive vibes make positive lives! xoxoJJ #PopArmy #Blogilates #100GluteChallenge #Day25GluteChallenge #TrueBlondeMoment

  12. I have yet to comment but I love your workouts. You are awesome and a huge inspiration. I am fit and have been working out forever but I love to see such enthusiasm and somebody who is so dedicated to fitness and well being!

  13. This was tough to start because my legs and glutes got really sore after the rainbow bridge exercise. xD But once I got into it, it wasn't too bad. A bit of cardio and more of a leg burn today.

  14. I straight up thought I was gonna die because when I saw the leg lifts I assumed we would end up actually doing 200 squats. Can’t tell you how relieved I was when I started the video and realized it would only be 100 because the move wasn’t about the leg lift, the focus was the squat. 😅
