We are ALMOST DONE with the 100 Glute Challenge! DAY 26!!! We literally couldn’t have a more perfect guest for today’s glute workout. Today, we’re doing 100 parachuter legs with my friend & dancer Kylie Shea and you guys, just look at her pointed toes!! Goals.

  1. I missed yesterday cause.. actually it was my birthday & I didn't get home until SUPER late & I laid on my bed for 5 minutes & passed out. Next thing I know, I woke up but I am coming back strong today!! My booty is gonna be on 🔥🔥🔥

  2. Look at them both being graceful!! I've always wondered how Kylie could possibly do that pose on the POPFLEX Active photo – so pretty. The "parachuter legs" might become one of my new favorite move.

  3. Kylie is super amazing! I can barely lift my thighs 2mm off the floor and there she is with her legs way higher than her head. My spine hurts just looking at her.

  4. Done! It actually hurts my lower back a bit. (Every now and again) but I'm seeing results!! My hips and butt have gotten firmer and bigger 😅 and my legs are stronger! Feeling great! Thanks cassey! 😊❤

  5. GIRLS I have a question!! Im a skinny girl (always have been) and have a little cellulite on my hamstring as it runs in the family…i've noticed that now that my booty muscles are growing, my cellulite seems worse???? I feel my muscles tightening and im thinking it might be because my muscles are pushing the cellulite to my skin?😟

  6. Does any one else feel intense pain and pressure on the pelvic region bones or is it just me?? Seriously it hurts a lot eventhough I'm trying to cushion it as much as possible….😩😩😩
