  1. Thanks for posting, Cassey. It means much to me. I'm one of those people who also wants 100 arm (better where are trained also the chest, shoulders) challenge. I hope you'll make that

  2. All the bridge challenges have been tough for me. Only 4 more days left! I can't believe I've stuck with it this long. Yay, great job to all of us.

  3. I want to thank Cassie for this 100 Glute Challenge. This exercises will be in my schedule from now on and others that she has on youtube. Let's do this everyone. Let's due this Lupe, thanks for challenging your mom and getting off her booty; helping her to be aware of being healthy through exercising and good eating habits.Love u all.

  4. For some reason I thought that we would have to lift our legs and that the move actually was like the "windshield wipers". I was so relieved but it did work my glutes and legs anyway!
(Loving the top and the hair).

    DAY 27: DONE!

  5. I learned about the "Bring Sally Up, Bring Sally Down" challenge yesterday. And how would I love a workout with that one! Maybe an abs, squats, pushups combo. Or just a one-move challenge

  6. Thank you so much for all of these challenges and uploading Videos doing it along with us, which are totally doable even in busy lives. Youre the best. Love you so much 🙏🏻❤

  7. Girl I started this challenge 3 days ago , I’m doing 4 days exercises / day + 100 squats 🤔 seriously I can even walk 😭😭🤧 every time I finished i look like someone who hit herself with a bottle of water 🥵 keep going 💪🏾🧡

  8. Can't do all those one-legged bridge moves due to my bad knees…
As modification, my butt was on the mat, didn't felt it in the glute but in my front leg (right above the knee towards the inside, actually a pretty interesting target area…), I'm not complaining, it was tough, too!

  9. I woke up with crazy low blood sugar and was scared I wasn’t going to be able to do this today. The last two days, I completely cut carbs and sugar, cold turkey, and that clearly took a toll on me! I fed myself quite the carbs and sugar today to balance myself out again, and while I don’t like the idea of it, I know it helped a lot. I had to cut my intermittent fasting shorter by eating about 45 minutes before my fasting period was over, but I was completely fine with it, considering I literally felt like I was about to pass out. Here I am, about 9 hours later, feeling way better, and I at least wanted to get this in today. I’m glad I did!

  10. Wow those were tough! And yes I remember Leroy now! He did join you for the galloping wall squats. That was in June 2018. I actually took on the squat challenge again this year because I loved it so much. xD I had a hard time finding all the videos though. Would you consider redoing the squat challenge and posting the videos on YouTube? That would be awesome!!

  11. I could not do this one all the way through. I felt a weird pulling sensation in my left knee each time I was straightening the leg. That was too uncomfortable a feeling. Can't explain what it's about.

  12. Hi Cassey, thanks for inviting Leroy because he made me laugh a couple of times for what he said and so for a bit i stopped thinking about the burn. Also thanks Leroy
