Today’s move is the double hammy curl which means… we’re only doing 100 of them! Remember to keep your knees off the floor the entire time, if you can!!

  1. i have huge huge bad shaped hip dips…. huge huge bad shaped dimples in my butts and then huge sharp fatty thighs after dimples…i don't know how to explain..but i hope you understand….what should i do to reduce those ugly hip dips..because they are actually in very bad shape….i have gained a lot of weight by sitting at home and due to depression….if you have any videos on them…please drop the link in the reply section… i would be obliged…

  4. Things I loved:
    1/ Lying down on the mat + feeling relaxed (!!!)
    2/ The color of Cassey's leggings
    3/ How Cassey always asks questions to her guests but you can tell that she's genuinely interested and curious in a good way instead of being nosy or talking just for the sake of talking
    4/ Well, I wouldn't say I loved it but I liked that move. Activates more than just my butt.

    DAY 28: DONE! (almost there guys, so proud of y'all, keep KILLING IT!!!)

  5. I actually did 200 of these today… I stopped at 90 earlier because my brother came to drop off my niece for me to watch, out of nowhere, so I had to stop. I felt bad after she left so I restarted it just now, and then did an extra 10 to even it out to 200. I feel pretty good though!
