  1. Can we list the best exercises of the whole month? Like the ones that left you super sore and satisfied 🥰 comment the ones you enjoyed more. Mine were circle butt, bridge tweezers out, standing hammy curl, clamshell kick, fire hydrant. 🥵

  3. I felt so good during the workout went down to switch legs and like dang it was burning! I definitely remember Lauren(:The end right after workout was kinda funny super fancy graceful getting up to ‘strike simple pose’ 🙂 Casseys so funny. I was 12 when SYTYCD started and I’ve never missed a season!!!!:)❤️

    I am so sorry I am not able to connect with you on any other social media ( I stay away for the rest) but have enjoyed working out with you. I was also doing the 100 abs along with this one, so on some days it was a killer 🤪😢

Definitely harder on the second leg because it already really hurts so much 🔥 I didn’t take a break until 170 reps so I lasted a lot longer than I thought I would but my leg was getting lower and could hardly move so I needed to reposition myself! When the challenge is over I might get give my booty 2-3 days rest and then start it again making sure I do it EVERYDAY because I had to double on some days as I was abroad and didn’t have a lot of time 😩

  6. Cassey u look gorgeous! I'm 15 and this is my mom's account but I love ur workouts!! I do them everyday if I can! I look forward to working out!! I'm so much stronger and in better shape! Also love eating healthy and learned to like avacados!! Lol Anyhow sorry so long comment but just wanted to say this! 😘

    This one hurt which is not surprising at all. My left glute felt a lot of pain, so much pain. You guys make sure to stretch out before and after!

  8. Congrats y'all for completing day 29! I am so proud of you whether you took lots of breaks, no breaks, broke it up into reps, or went straight through each day! I can honestly say I made it through this one without stopping (one of the very few) yay!! Can't wait to finish this as a community!!

I was quite upset I might not get my body shape and tone back after baby #4 was born mid March, but thanks to consistency of workouts daily and your glute challenge for lower body, which is always hardest to get back, I’m back at pre baby point and honestly think I look the best I have in a long time and I just turned 40 in May! Great challenge. Hoping you’ll do thighs next
