  1. This is the first time working out on my new Diamond sky vegan suede yoga mat!!!!! I can't believe how pretty it is!!! It was finally in the mail today!!!
I wanted it for more than one year, but the price + international shipping + tax…
BUT finally, I got it! I was like "it is really expensive, but I really really want it!"
And guess, who sat on the mat first: my cat or me… xD xD xD always a losing game xP

  2. real tip: if you can’t do 100 continuously, you can do 20 per 20 and every 20 you can count a finger, then when it arrives at the 5 fingers, you’ve done 100!!

  3. Ive been in sooooo much pain today from the pervious days! So I took a long hot epsom salt bath, put some biofreeze on my muscles, and then did todays while my muscles were good and loose. 😁

  4. Good thing I did all the booty videos in order….cause I lost feeling in my butt by the second day…and now I'm just following with everyone. Everything is so sore 😭 but in a good way.

  5. I think I'm Doing something wrong 🙁 I've done these daily but instead of my butt hurting it's my thighs or my hips. After this the backs of my thighs are burning and twitching 🤦🏻‍♀️

  6. PLEASE make it clearer that this challenge is for people with already strong backs and glutes. Mine are kinda strong and I'm working on it but after this day, I had leg cramps from my thighs to my back for hours one night and it was the WORST pain I've ever felt. I'm doing better now but have to move super slowly and I can't work out. I eat well, drink enough, and stretch and this still happened. I don't think the 100 challenges are for just anyone. Please make this more clear than just 'always check with your doctor'. BTW I've done PITT and the Summer sculpt and never had an issue until now. ALL of the muscles this targets are so sore and tight I can't do much but walk. And it's not the good sore either.
