Today we’re gonna take one of my favorite moves to the NEXT LEVEL! Day 8 of the 100 Glute Challenge is… Clamshell Kicks! At this point you probably already know… we’ll be doing 100 on EACH SIDE for the full glute workout! Shout out to my friend Vidya Vox for doing it with us!!

  1. Sooooo….. i always watch the video before doing it cause….🤷🏿‍♀️😂. So i'm laying in my bed feeling like oooh this move is going to be easier than yesterday's and i tried to do one…… my thighs are ooooon fire and my leg couldn't even stay straight😂😂😂😂. I may or may not have spent last night dancing😅😂😂. I'll update you thoo on today's move, warming up will be reaaally important

  2. Vidya wasn't pointing her toes and her form was just not great. The only people on this series up till now who had GOOD form was Alisha, Remi, Physics girl and Jacklyn. You need to let them know. It's bothering me…

    I enjoyed learning about the process behind the vegan suede mats! I seriously need to buy one!! I didn't know about Vidya but the way she describes her music intrigues me, I think I would like it.

  4. Day 7 down!! I kinda feel like a see a liiiiitle difference already. I wish I measured! Maybe I’ll start measuring this week. This one was definitely easier. Didn’t need to pause at all! The soreness definitely came in, but I pushed through! Yay for the first week down!!

  5. Day 8: SMASHED!!! This one wasn’t that bad! I liked this one 😊 I see a BIG difference in my butt! It seems more lifted and full than before and honestly I just started fully working out when this challenge started so my whole body overall is having some pretty cool results!! Thank you Casey for making me strong 💪

  6. I am so glad that I joined this! This is the first time I have gotten this far in a workout challenge, and I am just feeling great! I am doing the 100 ab challenge along with this. Before these challenges, the only butt workout I knew was a squat and the only ab workout was a sit up! I love the variety in these challenges! These are much more enjoyable then boring sit ups and squats. So excited to finish!!

  7. Actually checked out her channel and woah!! Her music is incredible. Giving us beautiful butts and banging beats 🍑🎶 (that's even cheesier written out then it was in my head but I'm not sorry).

  8. Done 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Feel like l am getting stronger each day though l have been exercising for a year but training the same muscle everyday made me feel stronger , l can now do100 reps nonstop

  9. Guys remember, technique and form over quantity. Prevents injury and ensures you are working the correct muscles. If you can only do 10 reps in a row with perfect form that's fine. Take a break and then keep going until 100. Not worth pushing through without resting only to get injured or not get the most out of the move.
