  1. I have been at my daughter Lupe house doing this challenge. Now I am home and will have a new G-Grandson sometime today. WOW! Keep my Granddaughter Alex in your prayers and thoughts she has preeclampsia. Thank you Let's all keeping up the good work. Love you all.

  2. Yaaas my girl Michelle! Honestly, I was surprised at how well I managed this! It was definitely killing me, but this is the first one I've done over 50 in a row. So feelin' pretty good about that! 🦵

  3. Cassey! I used to be a gym maniac who used to push heavy weights and all but I have been suffering from the wrist injury and I am not able to lift any weights for over a year now. It made me lose interest in the gym since I wasn't able to perform so many exercises that I used to love… As a result I stopped going to the gym completely.. I started feeling more and more depressed and unhealthy. Luckily, for the last couple of months I started doing your videos at home which I found many of them to be customizable for my wrist.. of course I have to skip quite a few exercises in each video but the majority of them I am able to perform! I was losing so much weight after stopping going to the gym but now I finally started getting back in shape and I feel much much happier and better. This is all thanks to you Cassie! The whole time I have only been thinking that I would never be able to exercise properly again, expect for running, swimming or some boring leg/abs exercises when I didn't even know there were so many other ways to train your body! So I would like to ask you for a big favor… I would be extremely grateful if you could create some advanced type of workouts (especially for the upper body) for people with wrist injuries… That would mean the world for me <3 And I am sure the would be many more people happy to have found your workouts!   4. This has been such a fun challenge to hop back into fitness! It helps me feel accomplished because I'm consistently doing something active and it doesn't take long. I love seeing booty and leg results too 😍

  7. This one was damn near impossible for me without a chair. I have decent balance on one leg, but once you add in movement, apparently it’s game over for me! Going to re-do this with a chair because I’m pretty sure I didn’t get 100 on each side because I was wobbling and falling over so much trying to keep up with them!
