listeeeeen … trying a NEW STYLE of workouts!
From now on I will publish 2 videos a month – 1 regular workout video & 1 “Song Workout”.

A “Song Workout” fits to a specific song and is similar to a small “choreography”. This means we are not doing 30s per exercise – we are doing a new movement as soon as the beat of the song changes.

1. For this first video I kept the movements rather SIMPLE. We gotta get used to this 😀
2. You can still find the names of the exercises at the top right.
3. You will need to PAY MORE ATTENTION. There are no beeps that will tell you that we start with a new movement. Either watch the video 1x before joining me or keep your eyes on the screen!
4. just have FUN. In those 3 minutes it’s all about getting into the mood to do a proper workout, get your heart rate up quickly and enjoy some nice music.

I clearly got inspired by the amazing Maddie (MadFit), who I saw those kind of song workouts at for the first time!! I had a lot of fun doing them so I thought I just need to share this with my fit community as well 🙂

  1. SOMETHING DIFFERENT ♥︎ love this to get into the mood of working out – because doing exercises to a song is sooo fun!! 
    You can continue with any of my other, longer workouts to have a complete one 🙂 

    Clearly inspired by MadFit – but I think it's so amazing that I want to share this with my community as well!

  2. I did her full body and six pack workouts and have to say that her workouts are really effective even for men like me. I know many of this type of workouts and her workouts are one of the best

  3. Beim nächsten video bitte wieder auf beat/text geschwindigkeit trainieren. Ich würde gerne ein training zu eminem- rap god sehen 😄 vlt kommst du ja dann mal ein bisschen ins schwitzen was ich aber bezweifle 😄😄👍🏻👍🏻

  6. WTF! I got so happy when I saw the notification. And when I click it's a 3 minute video?? Girl, we need longer workouts. I love you, but this video was a bit dissapointing.

  7. Other fitness youtubers have been doing workout routines set to popular songs for years. Check out Cardio Party Mashup Fitness. You can get longer workouts.
