Feel My Arms Still Workout Challenge | Feel It Still by Portugal. The Man


My sister’s fave song of the moment is “Feel it Still” by Portugal The Man so I wanted to do a workout challenge duet with her for our arms! We collaborated on some new and never before seen weightless arm exercises that are sure to burn your shoulders, your BICEPS (which is so hard to work without weights), and your chest. Seriously guys, these arm toning exercises are NO JOKE. Probably one of the harder weightless arm series I’ve done! See if you can last!

If for whatever reason you’re a workout maniac and want to make this harder, try holding light weights in your hands! But honestly you won’t need to if you’re engaging your muscles and holding the proper form. Be sure to sit tall and put all your energy into your upper body. Do you best not to stop! The more your train your mind to be strong, the tougher your body and your endurance will be!

  1. May 6th done! Is anyone else really scared for tomorrow's calendar workout? Like, are we supposed to do the new hour long video plus all the others too? I might not make it through all the way lol but at least I'll (hopefully) get in great shape!

Hey y'all heard this song today twice once going to the Charlotte knights game and then on the way back it made it a lucky day cause the Disney princesses we're at the game I had my picture taken with all of them. Along with one of just Moanna and I and after getting sweet frogs I was able to get one of just Elsa and I I brought Charlotte knights ball someone gave to me it was a gift and some of the players actually signed it. Including the coach we won and Homer gave me a high five so ur sisters favorite song is my official good luck song considering that's the only reason y I know of it ur sister is a good luck charm and I'll both you two r so incredibly lucky to have each other

  7. I just finished this one as part of the daily playlist, and at the end I was seriously screaming at both of them to please quit trying to outdo and torture the other one, cause my arms we're about to fall off by that point
