  1. Hi Rebecca 🙂 Can you please do a VS Model workout series Arms, Abs, Butt, Legs…? And can you please make these videos at least 15 mins long? Thank you Rebecca and the XHIT team. Oh, one more thing please tell your camera guys not to move the camera up & down while you're doing the moves because I get dizzy from it and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who see this as a problem. Thanks again guys and keep them coming!

  2. How many calories does this burn? I think it'd be super helpful if this channel incorporated a calorie bar on the side to show many calories this burns. Not just on this videos but all!!
