  1. Hi Kelsy! i know this is not fitness and food related but how did you do your high bun? I've tried different variations but never seem to get the same look. This was a fantastic workout video and I already have some broccoli in the oven! Thanks!

  2. It's kind of hard to beleive you when your natural body type ( Asian Body Type) is slim and trim. I'm sure you've never had fat on you…. OAN: Booty? ok

  4. Mixed in with some of our other workouts, I would say try to do this 1-2 times per week. Unless, of course, your butt is the only area of your body you are targeting – in that case, try to do this 3-4 times per week. Either way, 2-3 months is a good time frame for seeing results. Let us know how it's going for you!

  5. Absolutely true – low impact options are always available; and, better that we incorporate them into our workouts now, even if primarily higher impact, even if we aren't experiencing joint problems. Keep on keeping on with us!

  6. At the end of most workouts in the top middle row there is a video of kelsey wearing purple pants and a black top. I have searched your channel but cannot find this video! can you help me out?
