  2. Yes, it is designed to flatten your stomach. That is not to say, however, that just doing this routine over and over again will flatten your stomach in x amount of weeks – you should always switch up your routine and workouts to keep your body guessing 🙂

  3. will this slim down the thighs and surely not bulk them up? because i really don't want my thighs to get thicker. (by the way: you're videos are great, thank you all for the work 😀 )

  4. Hey, gulsun! Thank you so much for your support. You aren't going to be bulking or adding significant mass unless you're incorporating heavy enough weight with enough calories (so, no, no bulking with this routine- toning and strengthening, conditioning, yes!). What'd you think about this routine?

  9. Oh wow. She is Beautiful. And that's not a word I throw around a lot. 
    Excellent workout. Definitely works a majority if not all the muscles in the femur and glutes. And even partially in the lower abdominal region. 
    I am just wondering if she knows any stretches for the lower back area as that is what pains me when I try to do lower body and abdominal exercises.

  11. <3 awesome idea. I like to go all out when I cook and add a lot of ingredients and spices, which is why I rarely cook fast things- and your recipes are fast, easy, healthy and with a lot of spices and things in them, i love it:))
