  1. Do you ever have extended periods of time where you don't workout? Lately I've been tired and unmotivated. Only doing some.body weight exercises and walking. I used to run like 40&45 mile weeks but now I'm just not wanting to workout at all. It's been like two weeks or so feeling this way..not sure why or how to fix it.

It really is much more fun and definitely no excuse not to workout with someone hehe great for people like me who don’t really enjoy working out alone and who gets bored easily haha! Hello there guys, I have this situation that I dont want to call it a problem because it is not that important but, when I go to gym 5 days a week, I firstly ride bike for 45 min with max-moderate resistance, which kills my legs. And then I go on with weights which include some hiit and tabata workouts and which kills me more and then I swim for 30 mins and yet I dont lose weight. Well, my primary objection is to stay fit and healthy but losing weight would do too. Im 150 pounds (69 kg) and 5'7'' (175 cm) and I approximately take 1800 cals a day. Shouldnt I be losing weight? Am I going too hard on myself? Because I get really like REALLY tired when I get back from gym. What do you suggest guys?

    This was so fun!!! The "warm up", not so much haha. The butt part was equally intense as well – like incredibly insane. Still, I loved every minute of it. By the way, Sam throwing the ball to George cracked me up so damn much!

  15. I didn’t managed to catch the live but I love this. Feel great after the WO. Elevated clamp shell is difficult. Maybe next time one can do modify version another will be the challenging version. 💕🙆🏻💕

  16. Omg Cassey this was amazing and so motivating!!! I hadn't done a long workout with you for a LONG time and I saw this (even though I missed the live) and clicked right away!! So nice, love the spontaneity of it and feeling that you guys really are doing the workout with me! (I know you also do it in the other videos but somehow the Live just made it even more motivating and fun!!)

After doing the #100abchallenge and noticing how practically no one could keep up with Cassey, it makes sense that the only person who possibly could is her sister c: I love the interaction between you and your sis! It reminds me of how me and my little sister interact with one another, and even though we hung out yesterday, I'm compelled to drop everything and go hang out with her again after doing this workout. Btw, feeling super strong after this one! I would love more workouts like these, especially with your sis! It doesn't even have to be live (clearly since I'm just tuning into this), I mostly just loved the camaraderie and how efficient and challenging this whole routine was. Smiles all around c:
