Gigi Hadid has risen to super fame as a supermodel in the age of social media, alongside famous pals like Kendall Jenner. Remember how awesome she looked as a Victoria’s Secret Angel?

She was born with a body made for what what we’ve been conditioned to believe is a “runway body” – but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t work hard to keep herself fit. So, I wanted to give Gigi Hadid’s on-the-go travel workout a try! I mean, I’m all about that no equipment life!

WARM-UP

Do 2 sets of the below moves without rest to get your core temperature up, muscles loose, and heart racing.

1) Jumping Jacks — 25 reps
2) High Knees — 25 reps
3) Bodyweight Squats — 10 reps
4) Alternating Forward Lunges — 20 reps

WORKOUT

Do 2 sets of the following moves, without resting in between.

1) Push-ups — 10 reps
2) Tricep Dips — 10 reps
3) Sit-ups — 10 reps
4) Wall Sits — 30 seconds
5) Squat Jumps — 15 reps
6) Single-Leg Calf Raises — 15 reps

CARDIO & CORE FINISHER

Do 1 set without rest.

1) Mountain climbers — 30 seconds
2) Burpees — 30 seconds
3) Plank — 30 seconds
4) V-ups — 30 seconds

  1. love this, the only one I had trouble with was the burpees as I have a knee issue but I modified by going to the ground doing walk outs and jumping back up. love doing Cassy Ho workouts as I can always fit something in when I have limited time 💞

  2. I've been trying to do these everyday but I have replaced the v-ups with more sit ups because for years I have had a problem where if I do them my hip pops in and out so that's the only thing I've changed 💕💕

  7. I started WW in June of last year, dropped 20lbs, then hit a wall. The hubby and just started whole30 and I have been using you morning yoga and stretches an love them, Wanted to add a little cardio this am and it was great! I have 3 kids and work full time with a commute this and your morning energy stretches are a great way to get my sweat and wakeup on. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see Pink's work out!
