  3. It's been a little over a year that I stick to working out with your calendar. I did not have any weight issue, but still, I suddenly realised that I was not getting younger!   7. Wish I could buy that fit planner but itโ€™s really expensive and my parents will never let me spend so much money on something like that. I know itโ€™s a great thing to invest in your health and that this fit planner required a lot of people to be made thatโ€™s why itโ€™s expensive, but there are still cheaper ways to log in your food intake workout sleep etc.. and I come from a modest family where you canโ€™t spend 40$ on a planner. It makes me very sad that theyโ€™re this expensive. I know itโ€™s business, but itโ€™s gets more and more expensive every year :((

  8. extra tip from me: I found that it's hard to go from 0 to 60, or to just dive into a workout, even when I have the scheduled time and space to do it, whether or not there's a planned stretch or warmup in the routine… so having some kind of fun thing to jump start your heart rate as a go-to warmup helps me a lot! (PSY's "Daddy" is my current song to bop to before getting started!) It's much easier to continue than it is to start.

  10. I donโ€™t mind the exercise itself. Normally I love exercise and how I look and feel afterwards. The lovd of my life cheated on me and married thd other โ€œ womanโ€ 2 weeks later. Ive been generally miserable and feeling heartbroken and crying for over a year. I hate feeling lazy, but When Im depressed, I have no motivation to get in shape let alone anything else. Its literally draining. The other half of me is trying to kick my own ass into getting back in shape. I already look good, so When I heal and get my body toned again imma be fly .๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I always use to quit after a week going to the gym because it wasnโ€™t a habit but 3 months ago I forced myself to go to gym even if I have no motivation and soon it became a habit.   17. I literally love working out. I wake up at 5am to workout. When I get home from work, I look forward to going for a walk, doing a very quick easy toning video while watching Netflix and sometimes Iโ€™ll even do a second workout. It hasnโ€™t always been like this. I had to build a consistent habit, and I canโ€™t imagine not exercising or falling off the wagon now. I was so sick years ago and my motivation is to NEVER BE THAT SICK AGAIN.

  20. Another good tip i've learned is to try different activities. Try basketball, take a class, and don't get stuck in a rut with only one type of exercise!

  23. The planner: Honestly you guys have seriously out done yourselves. I actually REALLY appreciate the keepsake boxes they come in because honestly it sets the bar on it's worth monetarily. The aesthetics are cute and originally Blogilates– catered specifically for our community ๐Ÿ™‚ it's not like you can pick up a similar one at the local Target. I am one of those people who didn't like the time tracker because my schedule was never really "set" and the fact that my day starts at 3:30am and ends at 7:00pm— the written out time slots never worked for me anyway. Listing just lines with no time I actually really appreciate—-now it CAN be used by me if I neeeded ๐Ÿ˜€ The tracking of measurements is awesome even if you don't use them, it's a wonderful option for all of us Popsters! The bundles are next level—-the pins and calendar, just from online and this video seem like HUGE high quality!   26. I understand the message around the Threat versus Reward, but from someone who suffers from anxiety around working out the word "threat" makes it seem a lot scarier than it should. Maybe you can use the word punishment or not even use a negative word. It makes it seem that much harder to get into working out. I really like your message of making it a reward though. Just my opinion though and I apologize if it is coming off as negative.

  28. tbh my biggest motivation to work out is how much better my riding will be if I'm stronger….Everywhere lmao. Especially with my back injury (lower back deep muscle) I also kinda seize up and can't get out of bed if I don't go to the gym 4 times a week and do Cassey's bedtime stretch routine video every single night, so…That's also quite motivating :")

I used to hate working out but when I started going to the gym with my sister I became addicted (just for 2 months) like I would want to go again the next day and do a 3 hour workout.. the most annoying part is you are SO hungry after a workout and you could eat anything in front of you, well for me atleast
