I did 100 ab exercises everyday…

Take the #100abchallenge: https://www.blogilates.com/100abchallenge-begins-jan-1st-you-in/

I did 100 reps of abs everyday with the #100abchallenge and recorded my before and after on video. Showing you my before abs was very emotional for me. I realized that there was a lot that needed to change in the 30 days.

If you want to see my transformation, please watch and listen from the beginning to end.

  1. my friends all call me fit, but personally i feel the exact same as you. i don't like my ab area or my legs, but my arms i'm pretty ok with. i am going to start the 100 ab challenge, even though it's a lot later than from when you posted this, but i've seen results from it and i'm willing to try it to get a good bod!
i'll update in a month i guess, and you probably won't see this but it's for me to motivate myself and for there to be a receipt that i said this ahahaha
okay i'll see you in a month :))

  2. I tried this ones and lets just say that I was in bed the whole next day .. But that was before! I now on my channel do try AB Challenges (and still pretty difficult) but good results it is!

  3. I am so insecure about my stomach even if I’m truly skinny but on top of that I’m Bullied and it’s gave anxiety but when I watch your videos and do your workouts I feel so much better about myself😌

  4. Oh dear …dnt cry..you r super beautiful even with this body ..dnt need to look ripped all the time.. women look beautiful just the way your body is…

Accept Ur body as it is…u r beautiful 😊

  5. You are beautiful!!! This is the first time I have watched one of your videos and when you started cry and saying when you that part doesn’t make you feel beautiful I got kinda mad. You are so beautiful inside and out and if someone doesn’t like it then f*ck them

  6. the only fitness trainer who feels 'real' to me to be honest, apart from one other trainer who does ballet exercises. When you cried I feel like I could relate because thats how I feel about my thighs. I am learning to accept and love my body.

  7. U look beautiful. Don't compare urself to other people.. or other trainers. Ur tummy looks so beautiful. I think my fat looks cute but I'm wanting my stomach back bc pols have tried to take it from me.

  8. Being a guy, it is the Back fat/love handles. I must admit getting rid of them was NOT easy! I am a superficial type and want a six pack for summer 2019. I started out @ 6' 0" tall and about 175- 180lbs back in October. Been leaning down since along with going 3 days/week to the gym for full body workouts. I thought maybe @ 165 lbs I would see the elusive six pack torso… NOT!!! I had to get to 154 lbs before clearly defined abs were showing. I feel the most people who want asthetics do not fully understand what it is gonna take. And almost everyone I know ,talk to or observe basically fits this description… Males=#1 and for most guys the biggest insecurity is Love handles, the last fat to go away. Females= #1 thunder thighs, #2 Arm fat, #3 Cellulite!

  9. Cassie thank you for choosing to be vunerable and real with your viewers! ❤
Body dissatisfaction is unfortunately an issue most of us face at some points in our lives yet many fitness influencers do not speak about the mental aspects of health.
I feel a similar way of picking apart parts of my body I want to change and at times have body dysmorphic thoughts. And I don't spend enough time being grateful for my body for being healthy, pain-free and my ability to run, dance around, and functionally cooperate with me.

Lastly I want to let you know (if you ever read this) that you are glowing and exude happiness when doing your fitness instructing videos. You are beautiful, healthy, and loved! 😊💕

  10. My body has the same little pooch of fat that has never gone away with any amount of excersize or clean eating. I have hated for so long and I’m trying so hard to love it.

  11. This is the best fitness video I’ve ever seen. I appreciate your willingness to be vulnerable- you’re so relatable. You’re also so well spoken & just a delight to watch. ❤️

  12. I am not insecure about my body at all. But there are some things, that could be different. The worst part is probably my upper back/shoulders area with pimples. And these are a problem in my face too. But there is no reason for being ashamed for one's body!

  13. I feel like you are very inspiring for me, you were the first fitness instruster(I give up writing that word correct) actually saying damn it's burning. I am not getting motivated by people feeling super fine after 20 minutes of workout.

  14. So, this is super late buuuuut… In January I started doing this ab workout, and my mental health took a bad turn and I stopped. I started again the second week of April. I haven't super noticed a difference, but I do feel better when I do the workouts. I saw that someone was on day 88 (continuing on and switching up the exercises) and that's also what I'm going to try to do. At least one workout every single night. I know it's not much, but it's helping me feel better and it helping my self-confidence so much. Anyways, just wanted to say thank you to Cassey for this challenge. It's honestly making my life better (albeit harder!).

  15. i love you so much cassey, i am so proud of you for sharing this with us and being able to reflect and be happier. I know you try so hard when working out and even if you don’t have abs, you are still beautiful and i hope your mentality improves ❤️ i like how real you are and you are enthusiastic AND can get real at the same time. i also love your new STYLE OF EDITING!! all of your characteristics make me feel like i can connect with you unlike other fitness instructors!!

  16. I get how you feel. Know that regardless, you are gorgeous. You are real and you are beautiful, and you are absolutely perfect in every way just the way you are.

  17. I’m also really insecure about my stomach, so I totally relate to what you were saying
I workout hard but it seems that I never see results, I have a little accumulation of fat in my lower stomach that doesn’t seem to go away and I want to get abs but it seems impossible 🙁
But I’m learning to love myself as I am ♥️ and I am doing this to get stronger and to be healthy 😊

  18. You are so much more than a layer of fat between you and what you think you need to be. I am so deeply grateful for your vulnerability and authenticity about this. This exact thing of having this "fit expectation" is what breaks my own heart so often. I resonate hugely with the body shame and blame and no matter how hard you work to be healthy it is just that way. Cassey you have been such a huge part of my fitness journey in all your forms because I love you. And just as I love your perfect, bright, sweet, powerful spirit, I want to love myself the same way. Your true self is more bright than how much you compare to other peoples bodies. I know there is no getting rid of this feeling about our bodies and the way we compare ourselves constantly, but as in alignment with one of your beliefs, everyday we take on more of who we want to be. So here's to wishing us all more self love. <3 Thank you <3

  19. I'm so insecure about my thighs…especially since i grew up in China with a lot of cousins who are skinny and fit and I remember going out in a dress that I felt really cute in but my aunt told me that the style of the dress doesn't suit me because it doesn't hide my "elephant thighs" 🙁

  20. Hi! Your arms are incredible! How did you work to tone them and make them into something you're proud of? My stomach and my arms are the places that I want to stop being so self conscious about!

  21. Everyone's body is different! And both gaining strength and learning to love the strength you own have in any aspect of our lives is a difficult thing. We support you and appreciate your openness! Keep being the wonderful person you are because you are strong and supported!

  22. You are so strong, an inspiration, you are an amazing person, and a beautiful soul. I appreciate your honesty so much. I've had a similar relationship with my lower abs for as long as I can remember. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU, CASSIE!!!

  23. I hate ab workouts. I lift 6 days a week, but I rarely do abs, because they hurt, and they don't develop as quickly as other body parts, so I give up. I'm starting this today. Wish me luck. Thank you for sharing this with us.

  24. I think my mom hates me because I’m smaller than her (my BMI is 16 hers is 28) and she doesn’t even know it’s because I’m anorexic

  25. I have more respect for you and take you more seriously now that you showed us your cute little pouch. You should do more workouts in just a sports bra and own that "flaw." None of us are every going to be perfect but we should be confident in our body none the less

  26. Cassey you are amazing and so inspiring! Not because you are perfect but because you are honest and not afraid to speak out. Always positive and so driven! I have been following you for a couple of years and I am inspired and impressed by you every day. You are so beautiful and so strong!! Stay amazing!
