  4. Ok, I purchased my access to the program. Looks wonderfully done, with workouts ranging from 10 to 30 mins, targeting abs and core. Just one question @popsugar, can I do the 10 mins ones after my fitness routine ( I basically workout on your 45 mins videos or Kayla's BBG) ? I am so ready for this and I feel like 10 dollars is a very affordable fee for what Popsugar has been doing for me ( and, ladies, for all of us!) throughout the years! You guys changed my way to look at fitness and gave us all the opportunity to work out with the best trainers on the planet!

  7. I bought it! I've been using Popsugar free videos for a year and I've lost 40 pounds. $10 is a small price to pay for custom training (although after 4 kids I'm sending a furtive prayer that I can find my abs in there)

  8. Just bought the program. $10 is so affordable especially since I spent $50/month on my gym membership. I've been working out, eating healthy, and loosing weight consistently over the last couple months but my stomach is the one place that holds most of my weight and it doesn't want to budge. I'm going to start this today! Can't wait to see my results!

  10. Don’t waste your money! Ordered one for myself and one for my daughter. No nutritional information ever provided. So, I thought perhaps I missed something. Wrote customer service from the page. It’s not Popsugar’s customer service. It’s VHX’s. They were kind enough to forward my concern to Popsugar. Guess what? No response in two weeks. Cheap price must equal no service. Good luck!

  13. Can you confirm what kind of equipment is needed? I travel a ton and want to update my hotel room work outs…is this weight-based, needing mats etc? The advert has lots of weight based video clips. Advice? Looks SO good!

  15. You need to add another workout for the 10 mins days.Ill be honest the whole program is misleading with a majority of the "workouts" being only 10 minutes.Can you really change your body with only 10 minutes?I'm excited for this but a little confused.

    Question: The ab program workouts vary from 10-30 min. videos. With the shorter videos if you're someone needing to lose fat and not just tone, should I add an additional workout? I always hear/read contradicting information on what truly is a good amount of time to workout. Some experts say 30 mins. if you're maintaining and 45+ if wanting to lose weight. While others say 30 mins. or less is perfectly fine for losing weight if its a more high energy workout.
