  1. do it again the other day dont stop cuz if u stop for 2-3 day when u do it again it will be painful again and if u keep doing the workout it will be hard for 1-2 days but after that you wont feel pain anymore 🙂

  3. i got a doutb,in the squats shouldnt we be with the knees bend all the exercise? Because i think it reduces the knee injuries…Excellent workout though,thanks very much 🙂

  5. I can give you some of My tips.i'm not an expert:) don't eat Kohlenhydrate in the evening and after your eating walk a bit 🙂 🙂 look at that what you eat and I count a bit my colouries .not more than 1200 on a day 🙂 drink a lot of water (2-4 l each dax)

  9. 2 months ago i was doing this  workout without problems it was easy and i loved it,but i stopped training and now everything hurts.Don`t stop guys!Don`t give up!

I have workout like 2months I used to workout when It was winter now I started again. but this is very good for leg workout I've seen so many changes when I started doing this leg workout. it really works if you do the right way. if your legs burns that means your doing it right. if it doesn't than your doing it wrong.
