  3. Wow, Ive never tried Pilates before so watched this vid and thought it looked pretty simple, gave it a go, and that was the hardest 16 minutes ever haha! Way more effective than I thought. I need a lot of practice! Will def be back for more!

  4. Ive always been really skinny, but i gave up smoking 5month ago and am piling the weight on my thighs, bum and tummy. I have tried exercises for a few weeks but they dont seem to do anything? any tips/advice will be great thanks

  5. Loved this the only the thing I had to modify was the side planks so instead I do 30 second Russian twist then just a normal plank for the other 30 seconds but everything else challenging in a good way!

  6. I have a question… This is the first time I have done Pilates in years. Whenever I do the leg lift and split, I lower my legs and my right hip pops every time; in fact, it pops every time I do that motion with any work out. It doesn't necessarily hurt, it's just really uncomfortable. I don't know what causes it to happen, but I was a dancer for 14 years; and I wonder if that could be why. Anyways, is there an alternative to that part of the exercise I could do instead? Thanks.
