  1. So tired of women doing these horrible workouts, why are women so afraid to pick up some weights and do some real training!! Then women wonder why they are skinny fat and have a lot of cellulite. These kinds of exercises will never get your muscles strengthened enough to deplete those pockets of fat, really shrink those fat cells by adding muscle mass, and to really raise your metabolism and get you truly toned. It's time for women to stop being fearful of weightlifting. Women ask me all the time how I lost 100 plus pounds and have kept it off for years, it's because I do REAL exercise!!! This does not challenge your body enough for real results!!! Yoga is just stretching! I do yoga as a cool down to stretch my muscles and increase mobility so that I can stay loose and flexible for my weight training. If yoga and workouts like these are your main workout, you will never lose weight nor maintain weight loss. And you will always be skinny fat.

  2. Are these warmups moves for someone who is only 20?? Oh yea Gomez😕 do you consider the affect on shoulders and back before loading these videos! Love ya Anna and I like a challenge but not when form could cause injury and pain!!!

  3. I really didn't like this workout. The trainer and choice of movements were boring. It just didn't flow right and I felt myself dragging compared to other workouts I've done on this channel. Will not repeat this workout…

  4. This workout is so boring and useless. Why don't you invite Denise Austin? She is qualified, experienced and an excellent fitness expert. I am sorry to say but bringing Amy was wrong, I mean look at her form….Please, guys, make sure that next time you bring someone who is a certified fitness expert!

  6. This was an amazing workout!! I think Amy incorporated highly toning exercises and balanced it out with yoga toning and stretching. It is such a mindful and EFFECTIVE way to train! I loved it!!!

  7. Another amazing workout Amy! I've switched from your 30 minute workout recently to this, but still add in the pulsing squats at the start myself. Just over a month now since I started your workouts daily sometimes twice and I've been continuing to slim down well! The sweat dripping from my face was like I dunked my head in a pool 😂😂

  8. I love Popsugar workouts! and I really like the moves in this one, but it's way too fast, espacially when they're saying form over speed. I just did it a bit slower and it felt much more effective.

  9. Please no more with this trainer. I am a physio and the reps are too high! Tendinitis recipe for sure. The last one was horrid too. Too fast, did not find useful, and a bit risky unless you are super fit

  10. Sorry, but this trainer is unreasonable. If there weren't any modifications…also don't find her very encouraging, she strikes me as competitive, not motivating. At least Anna is super comforting.

  11. Not sure about this work out.. some of the burn was good with the toning but that was the most boring, boring cardio sections ever – I was almost snoring. Anna is great as always tho!

  12. Not a fan of this workout. I was really bored. The description says "tone your FULL body" but it seemed the segments were focused too much on just one muscle for too long. And that lunging move was awkward…even for Anna. I found myself getting annoyed by the workout. That's not good and it's not normal for me. Sorry….this one was a total miss. :/

  13. Most of the workout was fun (especially the toe tipping part). Found it hard to follow the yoga/pilates movements, especially without having it ever performed (the body has to get used to certain movements). It was reassuring though, that each woman has a different level of stretch which – i suppose and hope – is due to the body's possibilities, right?
    the stretching part was strange, these positions don't seem necessary and hurt more that they helped stretching.
    The modifications had no common level – sometimes they were far too easy, sometimes they were still to hard. You should take more pauses.

  14. This workout was just alright. I did it thinking it would be a bit more like their other Selena Gomez work out, but only the arm dancing was similar. Meh.

  16. I put off doing this for a long time because of the reviews, but I loved this workout! It is a great combo between stretching and toning and just getting your heart rate up a little bit. I used this as an active recovery day after too many days of heavy lifting and intense interval training, and it was perfect. It is really important to balance your "recovery days" not as totally off days but days to still get some work done and recover your muscles. This is a perfect workout for that! Enjoy!

  19. It was a good workout to spice up the routines. I love it. If some moves ever get too repetitive, you have the option to pick up your dumbells and do some bicep curls and tricep extension or something. The idea of doing many reps is that it tires out your muscles. You will feel it the next day and be happy you did it.

  21. Intense repetition of moves (somewhat difficult if you have wrist issues. ) The trainer is low key motivationally speaking…meaning she has you do 30 reps and doesn’t excite you through the count to keep at it.
