SEÑORITA ABS! (Shawn Mendes, Camila Cabello)


The POP Pilates you love – featuring Top Pop Hits – is back! Today we’re doing a choreographed ab workout routine to “Señorita” by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello! This song is steamy, sexy, and has such a smooth feel to it. I was getting all sorts of salsa club vibes, so I let the latin flair inspire the movements in this routine.



– Feel Your Body Sit-Ups x 2


– Scissor, Scissor, Double Pulse x 4


– Sexy climbers x 4, Double D’s up x 1, Double D’s down x 1
– Repeat 3 more times


– Damsel sit-ups x 8, alternating
– Slow star ab x 1, fast star abs x 6


– Scissor, Scissor, Double Pulse x 4


– Sexy climbers x 4, Double D’s up x 1, Double D’s down x 1

  1. She kept saying "steamy and sexy" while looking gorgeously graceful and I was like "NOPE, the song is but me? NUH-UH, not me, girl!" I loved it. It was so much fun and different. Cassey, please make more of these dance (on the mat) workouts! I seriously miss them

  2. I don't know if you can say that they're Top 40 but I request K-pop groups/idols: CLC, Sunmi, Dreamcatcher, KARD (all of them are unique in my opinion). &That's all I can think about right now.

  5. omg!!!!!! I love love this workout!!! I love the song senorita, i felt like i was salsa dancing through the workout!!! and yes hold onto Shawn Mendes, was a personal favorite of mine, but Girl your cray cray i am sore already, love this workout so much!!! <3

  7. hahaha this was so much fun and I felt the burn. the burn was even worse when you said "hold onto Shawn Mendes" because I burst out laughing and my abs were burning even more

  8. Cassey, you should TOTALLY try to do a Prenatal Pop-Pilates video (or two)! The further I get in my pregnancy, the more restrictions I'm having. Between doctor's orders and my own comfortbility, I'm just doing the veeeery basics of most of your videos. Now no or little ab workouts as baby is getting bigger and moving around! I suppose I can just pick the channel and workouts back up after my little one is born in December, but maaaan that'd be fantastic!

I would love to ask you if you could make a workout (a short one would be perfect) for slimming down love handles. I am currently in my losing weight journey and slimming down my love handles would help my confidence a lot! Thanks~ love from Italy!

  11. This is great! But need some advice, how do I keep my feet together and my heels on the ground through the moves…? I've been struggling with that part every time I go up and sometimes when going down.
