  1. I have watched so much abs workout from this channel, but never find some good ones about losing fat/keeping fit for the butt areas, can you do more videos on those pleaseee???

  2. Could I request a full workout that is for standing ab work, only? That would be so awesome, if possible. I have spine issues, so the floor work is difficult and it is so hard to find workouts for standing abs. Thanks!

  4. It would be a shame if you did not bulk up when these other normal people are able to build muscle easily using "Rapid Muscle Booster" (Google it).

  8. How many of these workouts should I do per day in order to see the best results? Right now I do the 10 min ab workout everyday and usually follow that with another ab workout like this one. Is that enough or should I do more?

  11. I have told ten people about XHIT! Your workouts are fabulous and I really like your personality and enthusiasm! I have been doing ten minute abs regularly but today I did SixPackAb workout – and it was so hard! I hope its because its different. That's why I enjoy XHIT – variety! I do something for a few weeks then change it up! Keeps it all fresh and stimulating! Suggestion – lower the background music so I can hear you! Thanks! Shalom! EPT

  14. How many times should we do this workout in one day? I am thinking about do it twice bc doing it once its like doing nothing idk.. What do you recommend us?
