How To Do The Move
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Jump to the right and balance yourself on your right foot. Keep your left leg raised behind your right leg.
3. Extend your right arm to the side. Your left arm, bent at the elbow, should be raised at chest level.
4. Jump to your left, balancing yourself on your left foot. Keep your right leg raised behind your left leg.
5. Extend your left arm to the side. Your right arm, bent at the elbow, should be raised at chest level.
