Normally, these videos are ONLY for people who are certified (they are videos that will help teach an instructor the choreography they need to teach a live group fitness class), but I thought it’d be cool to share a full length class with you here on YouTube. This way, you’ll know what to expect when you attend a live POP Pilates class at your local gym!

Each POP Pilates live workout class is about 1 hour long and takes you all the way from the warm up through to the hundreds, ab challenges, butt challenges, arm sculpting combos, thigh toning exercises, core strengthening moves, cardio bursts and then finally we end with flexibility training and stretching.

  3. This is my first time doing this! I finished it with all advanced variations and I LOVED IT! I was so intimidated when I saw this on the calendar but I’m so happy! It felt so relaxing like Pilates, but it was with Cassey and she made things lively and exciting…honestly it was just perfect. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

  11. This may be my favorite Blogilates video yet! I started doing Pop Pilates this June (2018) with the beginner calendar and then worked way my up to the monthly calendar. I was really excited to see there was someone demonstrating beginner moves in this video, but guess what?!? Since I have been doing Blogialtes the past 5 months I was able to keep up with everything you did Cassey! I am so excited to see my improvement. It feels so good. 🙂 Another thing I loved about this video was that it was a full hour, it really went with the music (which made it so fun!), and you previewed all the moves. Is there a way to get more videos like this to do at home without becoming an instructor?

  13. Cassie, I loved this session! I'm a triathlete in training but unfortunately it's exam season for me right now so making it out to the gym for a 90 minute run before a strength workout or doing a 3 hour bike ride is not feasible for me right now –especially in between classes. This session was a great change of pace –slow enough (considering my usual pace) that I was able to unwind to it but challenging enough that I know I'll probably feel it tomorrow. Thanks for all you do and love you lots ❤

I'm doing this once a day plus dieting… How long does everyone think until I notice results… Oh plus I do a 20 min full body workout and a 10 min abs too a day… Any guesses girls please?… Oh and just to add in last 5 months I've lost 3 stone (on atkins diet but without exercise).. . I'm now 10 stone and just Started this exercise routine xx ❤

  15. @blogilates – Cassey, I have a question! During the butt segment, Is it normal for beginners like me to feel the bottom leg (essentially the leg that the body is resting on while the other leg is floating above for moves like Fire Hydrant and Pointed Butt Lift) to actually ache more than the floating leg??? Why is this the case? Can someone help me out? Am i doing the moves wrongly?

  17. this is one of my favorites! A full, light intermediate and extremely fun and bright workout video that is over an hour long BUT LEGIT DOESNT FEEL LIKE AN HOUR I FEEL LIKE 20min has passed!!!!

    I’ve been sick the past few days and honestly I couldn’t work out as well as I wanted to. I was so scared that my last six months of hard work would be wasted, and that I would fall off the bandwagon. But this morning at 6:30am I pushed myself to do this workout, and honestly, it was the perfect easy-intermediate difficultly for my state right now, and honestly I’m so happy, because it made me fall in love with working out all over again!! :D❤️

  18. I've got a very bad back n hips that has left me so out of shape that caused me to get fat n I've lost all of my muscle strength. Also have CHF with Atrial Fibrillation which keeps me from doing alot of everything. Can u please do a video for disabled people like me?

I could tolerate all the squealing for the sake of a good workout, but even after giving this two tries it seems not very challenging for an "advanced" video (I did some of the exercises double-time to up the challenge factor). I like the music and it's fun but my legs should be spaghetti afterward, if not sore the next day; so I'll have to move on.

    And btw "up-up-down-downs" are called PLANK-UPS.

  21. Terrible! I love your videos and these are awesome exercises, but there is absolutely no warning of what comes next. The amount of times I had to pause and go back to just do the exercise properly is insane. The fact that I stopped working out to tell you how terrible it is, says a lot also. Thank goodness you improved!

  22. I totally love, love Cassey's mini workouts as they are super tough and I feel challenged – especially the 1000 squat challenge. This workout was too slow and not challenging at all. Sorry Cassey, I really wanted to love it as I love you.
