You voted, we listened. Justin Timberlake’s “Suit & Tie” received the most votes on our Facebook page and, as such, we are doing a workout challenge to this song.   1. Hi, Kaitlin! I'm constantly reminding clients (and viewers) to be mindful of their lower lumbar, being sure to alleviate unnecessary and potentially damaging pressure of the spine and developing poor postural habits. Lordosis (inward curve of the lower spine) can become problematic, especially during exercise; keeping our abs tight/strong in the front help alleviate excess curvature in this area. During core (e.g.) if you begin to feel excess curvature in that area, take a break/call it good.

  2. The majority of our workouts are 12-15 minutes. I think you will have to take this specific concern to Mr. Timberlake himself, as his song is only 5:30 … 😉

  3. Hmmmm. Is there a particular song of her that would work well in a workout? I listened to "Figue 8" but I dont know how well it would work as exercise music…
