  1. If you are any level of fitness whatsoever (i.e. have been working out regularly for more than one day), this workout won't give you any bang for your buck.

    The instructor's form isn't great, which doesn't give you a lot of confidence that she's going to provide a good workout for you. Then during the "toning" segments your heart rate drops so far it stops being a workout. Add in some compound movements, anything! Just way too easy.

  2. I hadn't worked out in months when I did this workout with my mom. We could barely finish half of it the first time. We kept repeating this video every other day for a month (still not tired of it). We both lost weight within the first few weeks… but more importantly, the feeling of getting stronger and fitter week after week, got me more and more into exercise. I literally look forward to this routine. This workout has toned my body in a way that 30 mins on a treadmill or elliptical never did. Agree with the comments below… please bring her back 🙂

  4. I usually love popsugar workouts, but I actually hated this one. the method opens you up to so many injuries it isn't even funny and the flow seemed choppy. Not pilates at all either just a weird mix of some pilates type moves with weight intervals.

  5. Great workout! I understand the hostess needs to talk, but instead of showing frustration she can encourage user to stay put and go through it. That'd be more helpful.

  6. Dear Pop Sugar- I love your workouts, but after having done about 20 different videos, there doesn’t seem to any stretching on any of your WO vids. It would be really nice if the trainer could lead some stretches specifically for the targeted areas worked. Thanks for the videos, though!!! XOXO

  8. This was fun and energizing workout that beginners can access. I had some trouble coordinating my moves with the instructors' in the beginning (blame lack of rhythm), but could follow the rest easily. That's not to say the workout was easy though! I didn't use weights for the arms part, but still felt the burn in my shoulders. For the triceps part, I practiced the chair and drinking bird yoga poses. The end and sequence was challenging, but I made it all the way through. I do have to work on not straining by neck during those kinds of ab exercises…

  9. Fantastic workout. Great burn, concentration of intrinsic muscles. Video is well done, just the right amount of talking, instruction , and a pleasant personality. Thank you, I will be trying the longer one next.

  10. Despite all of the amazing workouts that popsugar offers, I always notice so very many comments about how the talking is distracting and unmotivating…and I agree. We're not trying to criticize, it's just that hard workouts (and thank you for delivering that !) require concentration, and concentration requires peace…so when someone is exclaiming things in the middle of a strenuous routine, it makes us more nervous and less concentrated. Please please please, could popsugar please consider rethinking the amount of speaking??? We are extremely grateful for what you do, but PLEASE consider this! Thank you!

  11. The bible says to keep the 7th day sabbath (Saturday), and if you are worshipping on Sunday you are breaking the 4th commandment. Sunday laws are being lobbied and when they are ENFORCED (fines, jail, buy/sell revocation, death) many will choose man's law over God's law, thus taking the Mark of the Beast. Don't remain ignorant.
