  3. I just recently started working out regularly, except the last two weeks I've been on vacation and sick so I hadn't worked out. Did this today-it killed me. I had to pause it so many times but I got though it. Great video.

It is a good exclusive guide for learning a short workout for weight loss minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend Sam got astronomical success with it.

  6. I always wonder about how many calories I burn with HIIT, does anyone here have a FitBit or anything that gives you a good estimate? My goal is fat loss, specifically belly area, and I eat 1500 calories a day of healthy foods, so I should be burning more than I consume. Thanks Popsugar!!

  11. I love this workout but I struggle to keep my legs up for the V sit and twist plus I feel like I'm nearly falling down each time I do it. Any advice on how to do that part better or to improve so I can do it would be deeply appreciated

  14. The bikini body and bikini season comments that imply an unfit body is not sexy are not helpful. All you need for a bikini body is to put your body in a bikini –> beautiful

  15. Omg! This hit video definitely worked me out. I usually run a mile and work on abs and glutes all in 30 minutes. Though this work out killed it n 20 minutes 😵😩🔥🤗
