  1. Just fantastic. I found your channel today and this is the first workout of yours that I ever did. I couldnt stand up as right now I have a broken ankle so i sat on a backless armless stool and elevated my casted leg. The only one i couldnt do was the last one which is arm dips so I just repeated another of your exercises previously done. I will be sore tomorrow thank you so much. I used 3 pound weights. Hopefully one day I'll be able to do five pounds.

  2. Hi Rebeca! Thank you very much for the great workout!!
I haven't seen any legs workout with dumbbells, Could you please teach me some?😀if possible. ..
    Thank you very much!!!

  3. Hey I love your videos question so if I was to do your videos everyday a different one will I see results? Or do I have to do each workout like three times a week?

  4. loved this and many other videos. an idea for a video would be how to stretch after these kinds of workouts. personally, I dont know many streches so if you guys could help that would be great.

  5. Prob a stupid question folks but I'm a newbie to this fitness business! I'm doing a lot of triceps exercises daily with a 3kg weight: is that too heavy for toning or is there no such thing?? Thank you!

  6. Today is 4th day that I do this workout. I keep doing every other day… I use 5lb weights. Why do I feel weaker forearms than first and second days, with tiny sour pain? Could anyone advise me? Thanks!

  7. I remember when I first started a month ago I could barely get through this exercise😩. Now I’m doing this effortless 4-5 times a week. Now I’m working on strengthening my leg muscles. Unfortunately I was in a car accident a few years ago & suffered a back injury so I’ve been out of shape for years. Now I’m trying to gain my core strength back & get toned up. This is one the best exercises I ever did. Thanks for posting!
